O.T. 987, the lighted sculpture that was installed as a piece of public art in April this year, does not seem like it is fully functional. Only one beam is fully lit. Others show bits that are illuminated but a few are completely dark. It's not completely clear if that is by design or if there’s a malfunction. (Dave Askins, Sept. 2, 2025)
