- Description: The sign says "STORE ARE OPEN" as masonry work on the Graham Plaza building proceeds with protective scaffolding for peds. A city planter on the corner has been filled in with a concrete pour. It seems reminiscent of the approach taken on the 7th-Street side of the Monroe County justice building.

The sign says "STORE ARE OPEN" as masonry work on the Graham Plaza building proceeds with protective scaffolding for peds. A city planter on the corner has been filled in with a concrete pour. It seems reminiscent of the approach taken on the 7th-Street side of the Monroe County justice building, where there were previously tree plots.
