Solar panel powered PTZ (pan tilt zoom) surveillance cameras from Flock—not sure if the whole rig comes from Flock. According to city of Bloomington online financials, a $15,000 purchase was made from Flock for PTZ cameras on Feb. 25, 2025\. One of these units was also deployed near The Mill right after the [recent vandalism](https://bsquarebulletin.com/windows-busted-by-vandals-in-bloomingtons-trades-district-during-wednesday-night-storm/). Not sure how many units $15,000 will buy.
