This Christmas tree is based on [a Square Beacon spreadsheet of Bloomington city council’s roll call votes for 2020](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vS7x2fp7cPDqVojTfGX3ENypN46p-xo9cw29XdRHsIhxiKfjcuqQ0bPkZREMx4lJgjvQgH6aS4C0nFq/pubhtml?gid=0&single=true). Rows are votes taken. Columns are councilmembers, date-time of vote, and item description. Green indicates yes/passed. Red indicates no/failed. Items are sorted by clock time (not by date), from early to late hours. It’s not a surprise that controversial topics tended to come later on the clock.
