City of Bloomington public works drivers were out plowing streets early Thursday morning.

Bus drivers for Bloomington Transit and Indiana University transportation were also plying their routes. BT has [cancelled some runs](https://twitter.com/BT%5FTransit/status/1489212555109281793) and [altered some routes](https://twitter.com/BT%5FTransit/status/1489197324505133061), but drivers are still on the job today.

The basic message for the rest of us from city and county officials: Stay put, unless you are an emergency management worker. A [travel warning is in effect](https://bsquarebulletin.com/2022/02/03/dont-travel-monroe-county-warning-in-effect-as-of-450-a-m-feb-3-2022/).
