A four-member Bloomington city council committee has recommended that salaries for members of the city’s legislative body more than double in 2025. In 2024, Bloomington city councilmembers made $21,153. If the council follows the committee’s recommendation, the nine councilmembers would each be paid $45,423 in 2025.
