Hawk: Heard you were making fun of the SNL guy because he was riding a Little 500 bicycle around Bloomington before his show to soak up local flavor. What is the hilarious response from the Fish?

On top of the historic Monroe County courthouse there is a weathervane featuring a metal fish crafted by blacksmith Austin Seward, which is called Hoagy as the result of a naming contest in 2018. Sometimes, one of the red-tailed hawks that lives in downtown Bloomington will land on the fish. The art for the cartoon was made by applying a software filter to a photograph of that scene.
