Coming into their homecoming game on Friday night, the Edgewood Mustangs were looking to extend their unbeaten streak to 6-0, but the Beech Grove Hornets had other ideas. The Mustangs were shut out 12-0.

So far this season, the Bloomington High School South football team has rolled past non-conference foes and Conference Indiana rivals alike. The Panthers dominance continued Friday night, as Bloomington South improved its record to 6-0 and 4-0 in the conference.

Coming off last week’s loss to Bloomington South, the Bloomington High School North football team needed to turn things around in Conference Indiana play. The Cougars got headed in the right direction Friday against Terre Haute North Vigo with a 56-0 home victory.
Edgewood Mustangs blank Owen Valley 34-0, move to 4-0
In Spencer on Friday night, behind two first-half touchdown passes, consistent running by Braxton Carpenter and Jaxton Collier, and a defense that intercepted two passes by Owen Valley, Edgewood rolled to a 34-0 win.
