Solar panel powered PTZ (pan tilt zoom) surveillance cameras from Flock—not sure if the whole rig comes from Flock. According to city of Bloomington online financials, a $15,000 purchase was made from Flock for PTZ cameras on Feb. 25, 2025. One of these units was also deployed near The Mill right after the recent vandalism. Not sure how many units $15,000 will buy.

Orange barriers have been set up along Walnut Street. It's Little 500 weekend. A recollection from years past says that public works has set the barriers in place to keep pedestrians funneled along the sidewalk instead of wandering out in front of traffic.
