9th Street & Morton Street (North Showers) The sidewalk is jackhammered ready for excavation as a part of a project to improve the stormwater drainage of the parking lot so that water is not funneled directly into the building.

Rokita is now asking the local court to unpause the lawsuit.

The encounter was captured on a door camera. The lawsuit seeks an injunction and damages.
