Sunday Funnies: Hawk v. Fish
Hawk says: Bloomington's Housing and Neighborhood Development department wanted to host an elegant evening of formal dining and dancing followed by a viewing of the World Cup match. But FIFA heard about it gave the whole event a red card. Very weird. Why does Fish say it's not weird?

On top of the historic Monroe County courthouse there is a weathervane featuring a metal fish crafted by blacksmith Austin Seward, which is called Hoagy as the result of a naming contest in 2018. Sometimes, one of the red-tailed hawks that lives in downtown Bloomington will land on the fish. The art for the cartoon was made by applying a software filter to a photograph of that scene.
