This Christmas tree is based on a Square Beacon spreadsheet of Bloomington city council’s roll call votes for 2020. Rows are votes taken. Columns are councilmembers, date-time of vote, and item description. Green indicates yes/passed. Red indicates no/failed. Items are sorted by clock time (not by date), from early to late hours. It’s not a surprise that controversial topics tended to come later on the clock.
